Dixie Music Center provides manufacturer's warranty service on products where it is offered.  Our award-winning Service Center is factory authorized for over 100 major lines.  So if it's broke, we can probably fix it!   Even if you bought a brand elsewhere that we don’t carry, if the manufacturer offers field warranty service, we can handle it for you in most cases. Of course we also handle any non-warranty repairs as well. 

 We offer expert band instrument repair at the most reasonable prices in all of north Florida. Our band tech has over 40 years experience and play tests every instrument that crosses his bench. And, yes, he even has his own mouthpiece for every horn! He also does great violin set-ups as well.

 Fretted instrument service can be handled at any level: from a tuning or a restring, to a complete refretting or rewiring. For most of the “heavy” stuff, we utilize proven experienced luthiers. But we do an incredible amount of work “in-house”. The most important thing is that our knowledge and industry track record ensures us to know how to get YOU the best value for any particular job.
